Yoga & Pilates Classes

I currently have 4 yoga/Pilates classes I teach each week.

These classes are a mix of yoga and Pilates as I believe the combination is fantastic for you.

Creating flow by moving your body with the breath, helping you to release unwanted tension and stress while gently building strength, stability and improving flexibility.

Focusing on alignment and core in particular to give your body what it needs.

Enjoying a relaxation to finish, to release any last bits of unwanted stress.

Current Classes listed below, to book on please get in touch.

If you would also like to book a yoga/pilates 1:1 or for a private event please do also get in touch. We have taught at Hen do’s, Wellbeing days and Equine camps.

The practice of Yoga and Pilates involves physical activity, breathing exercises and meditation. I believe that yoga is more than physical exercise, it is a transformative practice that integrates body, mind and emotional tensions to arrive at deeper levels of relaxation and awareness. As with all physical activity, there is always a risk of injury. The decision to perform any exercise is down to the individual. During the class the teacher will provide verbal cues inviting you to move and breathe in a particular way, these cues are guidelines only. The teacher cannot accept responsibility for problems during or outside a class. The participant agrees to take on full responsibility for their actions within the class and shall work within their own limits. It is the participants responsibility to consult their GP before the beginning of a yoga practice and seek medical consent where necessary. It will also be the participants responsibility to notify the teacher of any injury or alignment (recent or ongoing) prior to every class. Yoga may at times be challenging, but never painful. If at any point you believe something is unsafe for you, or you are unable to participate due to physical injury or a medical condition, you should stop what you are doing and notify the teacher immediately. This yoga class is not advised for Osteoporosis of the spine and requires you to be able to get up on and off the floor unassisted.

For Cancellations: We understand that it isn’t always to keep to our intentions but to make it fair for students and teachers we have a cancellation policy in place. If you wish to cancel you must give at least 12 hour notice before the class start time.  Any discounted block packages purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable however if the class is cancelled then your block of classes purchased will roll on another week.

By signing your name below, you confirm that you acknowledge and agree to the terms contained in the above liability statement and cancellation policy. You agree to listen to your body and monitor yourself during every class session. You are aware of (and assume) the risks and hazards of participating in yoga and pilates classes and agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries and/or damage to property or persons which you may incur during or as a result of your voluntary participation.
