What we offer at Bloom wellbeing

At Bloom we are about making time for you, giving you the wellbeing, time and self care that you deserve. We lose touch with our bodies so easily and it can leave us feeling disconnected. With our classes and treatments you can get back in tune with your body and mind while helping you to destress, relax and re-energize.

We currently provide a mix of yoga and pilates classes in the villages Ifold and Kirdford between Billingshurst and Petworth and in the little hamlet of Copsale just outside Southwater & Horsham. Our massage treatments can be tailored to suit your needs with combinations of massage therapies from holistic relaxation, Sports/Deep tissue and fascial release techniques and manual lymphatic drainage. For more information, please click on the Massage Therapies button above. Please note that times listed on Google page include all clinic and class times and massage therapy times. Any new male clients are treated for the first time in a physio clinic environment.

for a little about me…

hello im laura natalie,

I started my wellbeing business in June 2018 and in spring 2022 rebranded as Bloom Wellbeing. I became passionate about health and wellbeing in my teens as I found exercise, mediation, right foods and being outdoors helped me through some very difficult and stressful times. I am still always learning and love finding new tools to help with my journey. I realised early on how the body can hold so much emotional tension as well as physical.

I have been a qualified as a complimentary massage therapist since 2011 and since have been adding strings to my bow with qualifying as a sports massage/deep tissue therapist in early 2018. Partaking in sport rehabilitation workshops in fascial treatment, this included dry cupping, use of IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation) and Tissue Flossing Bands.

I qualified in Myofascial Release in summer 2023 and it has become the heart of my therapy techniques, allowing the connective tissues to release using gentle massage techniques.

Mental/emotional Health is hugely important to me and I enjoy being able to help people feel better through mediation, massage therapy, yoga and exercise.

Little about me personally

I live in West Sussex with my long term partner Ben and our little Jack Russell Herbie. I enjoy going for long dog walks, exercising either in the gym, at home or outside (cycling/walking or running) I generally have big passion for being outdoors surrounding myself with nature. Plus of course being with family and friends.
